I have both deposition and trial experience and have been helping law firms as an expert witness for more than ten years. For three decades before that I worked in computer software development. I have a Master Degree from Stanford in Computer Systems Analysis and Design and a Bachelors Degree from UCLA in Mathematics.
I can send you a complimentary copy of my fifty page book entitled, Introduction to Computer Forensics. Also, perhaps a brief presentation on Computer Forensics would be of interest to your firm. I have been making presentations to law firms and other organizations. I have two presentations and either can be tailored to run anywhere from thirty to sixty minutes. One is titled Evidence Lost in Cyberspace. In it, I discuss various ways people attempt to hide, obscure, protect or destroy email and other computer evidence they don't want you to see. I also cover the means we employ to find the evidence anyway. The second presentation is titled Introduction to Computer Forensics and is designed for those who want the most basic introduction to the field.
