Paul Gogulski has 40 years experience in forensic engineering, consulting, general contracting, construction management, architectural and engineering supervison, and facilities management. His analytical skills have been employed by attorneys, corporations, government agencies and insurance companies throughout the country.
Paul has testified in court cases from New York to California, and has completed numerous assignments as expert for both plaintiff and defense for personal injury, wrongful death, construction accidents, crane accidents, fork lift accidents, scaffolding accidents, slip trip and fall, construction defects, OSHA compliance, errors and omission, standards of care, design-build, and numerous contract disputes involving delays, claims and cost overruns. He is knowledgeable in scheduling and taught CPM at the college level.
Starting with the Bechtel Corporation, Paul Gogulski's experience includes full responsibility for cost, progress, and client satisfaction on projects for Disney, General Electric, Sheraton Hotels, New York City Transit, New York City School Construction Authority, Teradyne, and others. He has supervised over $800 million in projects nationally and internationally. This includes profit and loss responsibility as general contractor for over 3,000 multi-family residential units in five states. His project experience includes shopping centers, hotels, industrial facilities, schools, hospitals, high tech R&D facilities, marine, transit, highways, bridges, public works and infrastructure.
As a professional engineer and manager, he worked for leading contractors, architect-engineers, corporate owners, government agencies, and developers. He is a highly skilled, seasoned professional with multi-disciplinary skills that uniquely qualify him for the most demanding of assignments.
