Summary of Experience:
Mr. Thibault holds a BA degree in Psychology and Russian from the University of California and a Juris Doctor degree from the Washington Law Center (American University, Washington D. C.). Mr. Thibault is the former Chairman (1994) of the San Diego Chapter of the American Society for Industrial Security. He is also the current president of the San Diego Chapter of the Association of former Intelligence Officers. Mr. Thibault has testified as an Expert Court Witness in the security area and holds a CPP designation (Certified Protection Professional) and a California Private Investigator's License. He is a member of numerous professional organizations including the American Society for Industrial Security, the California Association of Licensed Investigators, the World Association of Detectives and the National Association of Chiefs of Police. Mr. Thibault also teaches graduate courses in Information Security Management and Legal and Ethical Issues in Management at a local university and more recently has served as an advisor to the California Office of Homeland Defense. Mr. Thibault has also been a Rescue Officer with the San Diego Sheriff's Office.

For the past 10 years, Mr. Thibault has been the Managing Director of a PeXis Corporation (dba PeXis Investigations and PeXis Security) providing security consulting and investigative services worldwide. Clients range from government agencies and financial institutions to large nightclubs, biotechnology companies and law firms. Among those clients not requesting confidentiality are the State of California (Department of Health Services, Medi-Cal Fraud Unit), the State of Arizona (Department of Economic Security), Scientific Applications International Corporation (SAIC), Gateway Computers, DuPont Pharmaceuticals, Bristol Myers Squibb, Pfizer, Inc., Aurora Biosciences Corporation, Gilead Sciences, Maxell Corporation of America, San Diego Air Commerce Center, as well as prominent figures and private individuals. The Agency also does pro bono work for a nationwide not-for-profit organization focused on locating missing children.
