Summary of Experience:
After 33 years, Mr. D'Amico retired as a Sergeant with the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department. He provides expert testimony on criminal cases, civil cases, driving under the influence cases and vice cases.
Mr. D'Amico is a member of the Forensic Expert Witness Association and the Technical Advisory Services for Attorneys and listed under Forensisgroup.com. He has over 470 hours of training on drugs and under the influence and driving under the influences cases. He has taught over 32,000 students on all aspects of drugs and vice cases including the US Air Force, US Marine Corps, teachers, private industry and 4,500 health care professionals at 17 hospitals. He has taught in 27 national DRE schools and participated in 47 alcohol corrolation studies. He has over 347 hours of training in all aspects of vice investigations and has taught at 4 national conferences. He was a technical advisor and provided on camera interviews two times on alcohol intoxicaton for "Inside Edition", a nationally syndicated news magazine.
He has testified as an expert on drugs over 200 times in Southern California courts and also in federal court.
He has conducted or supervised over 3,000 cases on under the influence of drugs and has been involved in over 3,000 undercover investigations.
He has authored numerous training manuals, booklets, articles and papers on different aspects of drugs and vice cases.
