Summary of Experience:
Dr. Sullivan is Principal Consultant and Co-Founder of Liability Management Systems, LLC, and its parent company, Freeman, Sullivan & Co., in San Francisco. He has extensive experience as an advisor in the area of risk management and as an expert witness in issues related to statistical analysis of product failure, economic risks of class action settlements and claims, and economic models of future liability. He has been a leader in the application of statistical methods to assessment of risk in the construction and construction products markets. He has also pioneered applications of statistical and economic analysis to the management of product performance liability in the context of class action settlements. Dr. Sullivan has worked with over 30 Fortune 500 companies in the United States and Europe and numerous major law firms on risk planning engagements and product liability litigation. He has served as an expert in more than 100 construction and construction defects matters.
Dr. Sullivan is a member of numerous professional associations in the risk field and currently sits on the Advisory Committee of the Central Michigan University Research Corporation. Dr. Sullivan completed his doctoral studies at Washington State University specializing in research methods and statistics.
