Note: Read Consulting has worked for attorneys representing both plaintiff and defense clients. The ration is approximately 50% of each. Acceptance of an assignment is decided after an initial evaluation. The case is taken after it has shown merit.

Plumbing failures: Valve seals, nuts, filters, water meters, piping (plastic and metal and toilet tanks).

Glass Failures (includes tempered glass):A wide variety of cases that include windows and doors (scratching, leaking and fracture), bottles, drinking glasses, jars, piping and meters, site windows, vases, pitchers.

Plastic Failures: Includes plumbing, seals, tubing, chairs and tables, automobile parts (such as distributor parts and lamp covers).

Factory Safety: Shredders, lock out tag out.

Food Safety: Packaging, manufacturing procedures, contaminants, and storage.

Wood Failures: Decks, bleachers, tables, chairs and benches.

Metal Failures: All types of metals and failure modes.

Surgical Implants: Back supports (Harrington rods and Knodt Rods), artificial joints (hips, and knees) and support plates and screws.

Semi Conductor Processing and Equipment: This was for both manufacturing defects and patent disputes.

Ceramic Failures: Toilet tanks, lamps and vessels that contain hazardous chemicals.
