Caltrans seeks letter of interest for expert witness consultants
“Caltrans is soliciting Letters of Interest from qualified individuals or firms that may lead to contracts to provide specialized expertise as an expert witness in lawsuits, arbitrations and/or litigation involving Caltrans.”
